Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).  

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Shipping Method

We aim to delivery in 2-3 business days after the item(s) have been dispatched. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as postal delays or busy periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions within the UK.


Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.  

Totally Broke cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos so we can resolve the issue.
